Problem
A powerplant had been using Fluitec’s ESP VITA™ II system for the past seven years. It has helped them to maintain normal MPC levels but they began noticing a decline in the antioxidant levels to 50% which threatened a shutdown.
Solution
DECON AO™ was incrementally introduced in two doses of 1.5% each to the turbine to elevate antioxidant levels and implement a Fill4Life™ strategy.
Results
After the addition of DECON AO, antioxidant levels surged to 100%, sustained consistently over the last 6 months. MPC levels, previously fluctuating between 5-40, are now maintained within the 5-10 range. The power plant operates seamlessly without encountering challenges or the risk of shutdown.
