OUR TEAM

Cristian has a PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Physical Chemistry-Surface Science. He was an Oberassistant at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Surface Science Department in Zurich Switzerland where he led the research on lubricant additives, and tribology. He was Group leader of Lubricant Development at Nalco Chemical Co. and Senior Research Manager of Materials Technology at Whirlpool Corp. He is published in several peer reviewed journals and has patents in several areas inclusive of Tribology and Material Science.

Cristian has a PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Physical Chemistry-Surface Science. He was Group leader of Lubricant Development at Nalco Chemical Co. and Senior Research Manager of Materials Technology at Whirlpool Corp. He is published in several peer reviewed journals and has patents in several areas inclusive of Tribology and Material Science.

Jo leads our business teams in Europe, out of our office in Belgium. He has more than 25 years in the condition monitoring of hydraulic and industrial lubrication markets and works closely with global OEM's in the Power Generation Industry and Oil and Additive companies. Jo is co-chair of ASTM Subcommittee on Turbine oils and Oxidation and also active member of globally recognized industry associations and certifying organization such as: STLE, ELGI, NLGI, and DIN. Jo received the Award of Merit from ASTM International earning the title of Fellow. Jo frequents all corners of the globe where his expertise in condition monitoring is well acknowledged. He is a biochemical engineer by training and has dozens of published papers to his name. Jo also completed his education with the General Management program of the Vlerick Leuven Ghent Management School and is a Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS)through the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE). He speaks German, French, Dutch, English and Spanish.

Greg is involved with various business development functions within the company. He also spearheads the company's highly successful Lubrication Academy courses. Greg has been involved with lubrication contamination control and condition monitoring for the last two decades. He's a Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS)and past-chair of ASTM D02 CO1 on Turbine Oil Analysis and Problem Solving, Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineer's (STLE) Power Generation and Wind Energy Councils. He has over 40 papers published across a wide range of industry leading publications and has been involved with over two dozen lubricant-related consulting projects.

As a Summer Associate, he also worked on a strategy consultancy mission for a major aeronautical corporation in the Middle East. He speaks French, Dutch, English and Spanish.

Guillaume manages our office in Abu Dhabi and brings to Fluitec strong industry experience and a passion for solving customer challenges. Prior to joining Fluitec, Guillaume worked for GDF Suez where he was recognized as a top sales performer. He also held multiple positions within ExxonMobil ranging from Business Analyst to International Sales Manager. Guillaume is also a Certified Lubrication Specialist with STLE. The few moments when Guillaume is not working, you may find him running or playing soccer.

Josh is the Director of Marketing and Inside Sales for Fluitec. In addition to managing the Inside Sales team, he is responsible for the Global branding, marketing, PR as well as all Channel Partner management functions. Josh was previously the Sales & Marketing Manager for Spectro / Jet-Care responsible for all Sales & Marketing aspects covering the Americas. Josh is the Director of Marketing and Inside Sales for Fluitec. In addition to managing the Inside Sales team, he is responsible for the Global branding, marketing, PR as well as all Channel Partner management functions. Josh was previously the Sales & Marketing Manager for Spectro / Jet-Care responsible for all Sales & Marketing aspects covering the Americas. His experience and success selling and marketing premium oil analysis services is a perfect fit for his role at Fluitec. Josh is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a degree in Business & Economics. When Josh is not in work mode, he is definitely spending time with his two daughters!

April Pannell is Corporate Controller for Fluitec. Additionally, April is a key leader at Fluitec and works closely with the Corporate team and Global operating managers to drive financial strategy and execution.

She has previous experience as a Corporate Controller for a Burger King Franchise and Senior Accountant for Wendy's/Arby's Group based out of Atlanta. April graduated Magna Cum Laude from American International College in May 2005 with a Bachelor's in Science and major in Accounting. She was recipient of the Sydney Trager Award for the Senior of the Year in the Accounting Major program. Upon joining Fluitec, April took command of the finance and accounting process and developed a great team environment as well as focusing on continuously improving systems and controls. She is directly responsible for all accounting functions for Fluitec including General Accounting, Billing, A/R, A/P, Financial Reporting, Tax and Commission Administration. Additionally, April is a key leader at Fluitec and works closely with the Corporate team and Global operating managers to drive financial strategy and execution.
