About the job
We are looking for a Sales Manager (man/woman) to act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction. To achieve a considerable sales growth, you will also generate new leads and develop your own client portfolio. If you enjoy coming up with effective solutions and working toward achieving goals, this job is right for you.
Responsibilities
- Sales Account Management for Mexico and Latin America
- Ability to work with new and existing distributors
- Ability to lead and grow a team in the future
- Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
- Coordinate with the General Manager to create customized sales action plans
- Willing to travel (about 40% of your time)
Requirements
- Passion for technology, innovative and sustainable solutions
- Fast-learner and self-motivated with a result-driven approach
- A minimum of 5-10 years sales experience in a B-2-B environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
- A technical degree/background is a must
- Team player with high energy
