Calibration and Validation of RULER Instrument

With the use of the RULER as part of reliability programs, quality assessment, or as part of your customer oil analysis services, it is vital that you can rely on the performance of the RULER instrument.
Fluitec International recommends performing a yearly calibration and validation of the RULER unit at our facilities, which includes the probe replacement, software updates, full electronic and mechanical check-up and certification.

As one of our latest products, we are pleased to offer our Service Contracts, which consist of the following items:

Supply of 1 bottle (100 ml) of validation fluid – RULER Reference oil. This oil is manufactured by a IS09002 certified company¹ , and consists of a stable baseoil with 2 specific selected antioxidants. With a sample amount of 100µl in a GREEN RULER test solution, this oil will act as a reference and control fluid.
1 full servicing and repair of the RULER CE320 model (including the replacement of 1 RULER Probe)²
RULER R-DMS software upgrades and updates (during a 2-year period, starting from the ordering date)
Full Time telephone technical support during normal business hours
